Let’s talk about North Carolina for a second. We’ve been here 9 months or so, and I didn’t know we’d fall in love as quickly as we have. The cows we look for every morning on the way to preschool, the afternoons spent in the pool, and Tuesdays at the Farmers Market have made us feel like we could be here forever.

But the real draw has been the people. The friends we’ve made here already feel like family. Pulling up to this sweet family’s farm, I felt right at home.
